Job Overview
As Vietnam/Cambodia Regional Director, you will lead market research, customer targeting and conversion to drive sales goals and team management, including subordinate office construction and day-to-day operations.Responsible for coordinating product development and brand interaction, and striving to formulate orders; leading garment factory docking, public relations, and execution to ensure pre-sales/after-sales service, customer satisfaction surveys, and payment recovery; maintaining brand relationships, and hosting monthly sales meetings to optimize performance.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead market research and analysis in the region and target customers
2. Formulate sales targets and decomposition in the region to promote the achievement of goals
3. Lead the team building and daily work management of subordinate offices
4. Promote the conversion of prospects to advocates
5. Lead the product development department to interact with brand customer designers and strive for brand custom product development
6. Lead the product development of each office to preempt customers in the next quarter/year
7. Lead garment factory docking, visits, key personnel public relations, sales execution
8. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys in the region
9. Guide, supervise, and inspect the pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service execution of each office and business
10. Participate in customer relationship maintenance of major brands
11. Ensure timely recovery of sales proceeds
12. Convening and management of monthly sales meetings
Job Requirements
1. Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above
2. Language requirements: fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English

4. Experience requirements: a. Develop and maintain at least one well-known brand with a procurement volume of 5 million b. Successfully establish and lead two sales teams of more than 3 people c. Five years or more experience in the zipper or button industry
5. Knowledge requirements: a. Brand promotion knowledge b. Customer relationship maintenance knowledge c. Key customer management knowledge d. Business negotiation knowledge e. Market research knowledge f. Familiar with marketing-related processes g. Understand relevant design functions of the enterprise h. Understand garment accessories industry knowledge
