Responsible for the establishment and operation management of the Sino-Japanese Joint Venture's Human Resource Sharing Service Center (SSC).Participate in the undertaking and system construction of HR operation modules during the integration phase of the company, promote the integration and standardization of HR operation processes between China and Japan, and continue to improve the standardization, efficiency and service quality of HR sharing services after the company's stable operation, so as to provide stable and professional operation support for the company's overall human resource management.
Job Responsibilities:
1. In the M&A project, be responsible for planning and implementing the M&A integration plan of the HR SSC module to ensure a smooth transition of HR operations during the organizational integration phase.
2. Sort and analyze and integrate the original HR operation processes and systems of both China and Japan, and promote the standardization and standardization of HR basic operation work such as employee relationship management, transfer-in and transfer-out, labor contract management, personnel file management, and attendance management.
3. Take into account the employee relationship business, support compliance and employee communication during the integration period, and support employee information migration, system data management, and employee policy communication.
4. Collaborate with HRIS, C&B, OD and other modules to ensure that the SSC integration is consistent with the overall HR integration plan.
5. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the HR Shared Service Center (SSC), and establish and improve HR service processes, operating practices (SOPs) and service standards (SLAs).
6. Promote the optimization of HR systems and processes to improve HR operational efficiency and data management capabilities.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, business administration or related majors; 5 years or more experience in HR SSC operations management
2. Familiarize yourself with the full process operation of SSC, able to independently be responsible for the closed-loop delivery of SSC work under the PMO framework
3. Understand Japan's human resources system and SSC operating model, and familiarize yourself with China-Japan labor regulations and compliance requirements
4. Familiar with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, Company, etc.) and understand the coupling relationship between HRIS and SSC
5. Japanese or English can be used as a working language (Japanese N1/English CET-6 and above for independent business communication)
6. Experienced in employee relationship management, able to handle labor compliance and employee communication during the integration period
Explanation: This position will be deeply involved in the establishment of the HR operation system in the early stage of the establishment of the joint venture company, and will subsequently assume the core responsibilities of SSC operation management.
