1. Professional background: Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, mechanical engineering, new energy and other related majors; with experience in the design of large-scale ground photovoltaic projects, familiar with the development process of European Utility Scale projects;
2. Technical experience: More than 8 years of experience in the European photovoltaic industry
Preference will be given to those with the following experience:
(1) Photovoltaic tracker project design experience
(2) Foundation/Pile/Geotechnical related experience
(3) Fixed bracket and Tracker system structure design experience
(4) Familiar with common tracker and bracket systems in the European market
The following corporate backgrounds are preferred:
Axial Structural Solutions; Nclave (TrinaTracker); Soltec; CITIC Bo Arctech Solar; PROINSO/Pro 5 related systems
3. Management ability: 3-8 technical team management experience, able to independently coordinate project program output and technical delivery; cross-regional, multi-project parallel management capabilities; able to establish technical standards, audit mechanisms and team collaboration processes
4. Soft skills requirements: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills; able to adapt to the work model of Chinese enterprises and collaborate across time zones; have Chinese business trips or long-term cooperation experience with Chinese teams is preferred; English can be used as a working language; Spanish proficiency is preferred
5. Personality: Stable, logical, non-radical, suitable for remote management
