Responsibilities
- Driving AI from pilot to scale, making AI
Enterprise Productivity and the Intelligent Nervous System
- As an AI value translator, implementation promoter, and benefit guardian, coordinate the implementation of AI/IIoT projects
- Build a "cloud-side collaboration + data center + model factory" architecture
- Establish a closed-loop process for AI-embedded SOPs' perception-decision-execution '
- Set up an AI + OT + IT team to evaluate the effectiveness of AI projects with business KPIs
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or digital project management, with experience in AI/IIoT implementation
- Familiarity with Lean Production, Industry 4.0, basic machine learning concepts
- Understands both shop floor business language and AI technology language
- Bachelor's degree or above, under 40, male
- Bonus points: PMP, CDMP, AWS/Azure AI certification, Siemens Mindsphere training
