Head of Construction Management General Contractor (Workplace Japan)

1. Responsible for the bidding and docking of municipal public works and private construction projects, contract business development, and business negotiations with local governments, contract issuing units, and cooperating subcontractors;
2. Coordinate the site management of construction, civil engineering, renovation, and new construction of timber structures, and control the project duration, cost, and construction safety;
3. Manage outsourced construction teams and mechanic teams, implement engineering quality control, handle industrial injury matters, and ensure that the entire business meets the compliance requirements of Japanese laws and regulations;
4. Overall responsible for the company's operations: capital turnover scheduling, docking with cooperative banks, collaborative tax experts, personnel recruitment, organizational structure and personnel management;
5. Regularly submit business reports to overseas parent companies, and establish and improve financial accounting and internal audit compliance systems;
6. Maintain and expand the network resources of the local construction industry, dig deep into the stock of customers, and expand new cooperation.
1. More than 10 years of front-line experience in construction or civil engineering-related industries;
2. Have a resume of middle and senior management at the level of construction site supervisor, engineering minister, and branch head for more than 3 years;
3. Practical familiarity with the application of Japanese public works bidding rules, the Building Standards Law and the Labor Standards Law;
4. Grasp the high-quality network resources of local government departments, building materials suppliers, and industry associations.
Preferential terms of employment
1. Hold a Level 1 Construction Management Technician or a Level 1 Civil Construction Management Technician qualification;
2. Certified as a Grade I/II Architect and Real Estate Dealer (Japan Real Estate Real Estate Qualification);
3. There is a large comprehensive builder (general contractor) branch in JapanWork experience, or the employment history of a senior executive of a local civil engineering enterprise;
4. Have the performance of wooden residential buildings, renovation of old houses, and development and construction of apartment buildings;
5. Experience in bank credit docking and corporate fund planning;
6. Work experience as a foreign-funded enterprise and docking with overseas shareholders.

Expected Candidate Traits
1. Aged 42-58 years old, 45-53 years old is preferred;
2. Rooted in the thinking of the construction site, it is acceptable to visit the construction site many times a month;
3. Steady and pragmatic business style, good at localizing and deepening customers, multi-party interpersonal coordination;
4. Can establish stable mutual trust with overseas investors, and can standardize the issuance of transparent business statements;
5. Willing to serve for a long time and take root in regional development.
