The company is a leading listed company in the pcb industry and an important material for solder paste
Job Responsibilities:
1. Combine the company's strategy, formulate Thailand's overall sales strategy, annual sales plan and budget, and lead the sales team to complete the sales targets set by the company (including but not limited to sales volume, profit indicators, payback rate, market share, etc.)
2. Responsible for Thailand market research and analysis, in-depth insight into industry dynamics, competitive landscape and customer needs, to provide a basis for the company's strategic decisions, and timely adjustment of sales strategies
3. Comprehensively responsible for the construction, management, training and incentive of the Thai sales team, improve the overall professionalism and sales ability of the team, optimize the talent echelon, and reduce the core staff turnover rate
4. Develop strategic new markets, new customers, manage and maintain the company's key customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
5. Coordinate the collaboration between the Thai sales department and other departments such as product, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure the smooth advancement of sales work and the maximization of the overall interests of the company
6. Deepen the implementation of Party A's major customer strategy, generally coordinate Party A's major customers to tackle the problem, and conduct major business negotiations and sign cooperation agreements on behalf of Thai companies
7. Complete other major work related to the Thai market assigned by the sales president, board of directors or general manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business management and other related majors are preferred
2. Chinese or Thai Chinese, English can be used as a working language, if you can communicate with local employees in Thai, it is preferred
3. More than 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years of sales management in ThailandExperiment
4. Excellent strategic planning ability, data analysis ability and business insight
5. Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills and team motivation skills, able to unite diverse teams
6. Result-oriented, with strong resistance to pressure and ability to solve complex problems.
