Core Positioning
Based on the human resources management experience of listed companies or large groups, lead talent recruitment, mechanism construction and organizational development, and build an HR operation system that matches the company's strategy.Through precise recruitment and organizational performance optimization, cost reduction and efficiency gains can be achieved, supporting the rapid growth of the company's business.
Job Responsibilities
1. Combine the company's strategic development direction and focus on organizational efficiency diagnosis and optimization to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
2. Talent Strategy and Recruitment: Formulate the company's talent strategic plan and build a global recruitment resource network, focusing on the attraction, identification and retention of key positions and high-end talents; optimize the recruitment process, improve recruitment efficiency and talent quality, and have international talent acquisition capabilities.
3. Organization and echelon construction: Establish a scientific talent evaluation system, succession plan and leadership development system to build a core talent echelon; ensure organizational stability and combat effectiveness.
4.HR system optimization: Improve performance management, compensation and welfare system and diversified incentive mechanism to stimulate employee enthusiasm; establish and improve the national international human resources management system and compliance process to improve HR operation efficiency.
5. Culture and employee experience: foster a high-performing, collaborative, and compliant organizational culture; design employee engagement strategies, pay attention to the needs of diverse teams, and optimize employee lifecycle experience.
6. Team and budget management: Responsible for the construction, training and management of the HR team; formulate and control the HR budget to ensure the rational allocation of resources.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, human resources related majors are preferred, those with overseas study background are preferred, English can be usedPreferred as a working language.
2. Core experience: More than 10 years of overall human resources management experience, including more than 5 years of HRD experience in listed companies or large groups; familiar with the human resources compliance requirements of listed companies, with post-merger team integration experience is preferred.
3. More than 10 years of overall human resources management experience, including more than 5 years of HRD position experience in listed companies or large groups; proficient in human resources compliance requirements of listed companies, good at accurate recruitment and organizational efficiency optimization, to achieve cost reduction and efficiency.
4. Professional ability: Proficient in HR core modules such as talent recruitment, compensation performance, organizational development, and cultural construction; with rapid team building experience, good at talent incentive mechanism and organizational system construction; with rich high-end talent resources and international talent acquisition experience.
5. Comprehensive quality: Strong communication and coordination skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills; strategic thinking, which can deeply integrate HR work with the company's business; strong sense of responsibility, outstanding professionalism, and can withstand greater work pressure.
