1. Over 40 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in chemical industry
2. More than 8 years of management experience in large and medium-sized chemical enterprises, with a wealth of projects
3. Rich production management experience, able to comprehensively preside over production management;
4. Have good expression and communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical judgment skills;
