Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the company's overall business development and customer relationship maintenance in Latin America, focusing on developing core partners such as telecom operators, skit platforms and content distribution channels;
2. Promote localized cooperation and project implementation of short plays, variety shows and other content, and lead business negotiations, cooperation agreements signing and implementation follow-up;
3. Formulate and implement the annual business plan for Latin America, coordinate the coordination of resources and control the progress of key projects to ensure the achievement of performance goals;
4. Cooperate with the operation team, participate in the formulation of local market strategies, and combine business resources to promote user growth and content dissemination;
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, at least 3 years of local work or resident experience in Latin America, in-depth understanding of the regional market environment and business rules;
2. With abundant resources of operators, skit platforms or streaming media industry, successful business cooperation cases are preferred;
3. Excellent business negotiation ability and market development awareness, which can independently promote the implementation of the entire process of complex projects;
4. Have certain operational thinking, and be able to combine data analysis and market insights to optimize business strategies;
5. Proficient in Chinese and English (or Spanish/Portuguese) as the working language, suitable for long-term development in Latin America, team management experience is preferred.
