Job Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with the Chinese management team to be responsible for the operation and management of the company's mining projects in the Russian region, formulate the project implementation plan and objectives, and ensure that the project advances according to the node and achieves the production capacity and benefit indicators;
2. Lead the legal and compliant handling of various procedures of mining companies, promote the optimization of production processes, safety management and cost control, and connect the Russian technical team with the Chinese management;
3. Coordinate mining geological exploration, mining operations, mineral processing and other core links to solve technical and management problems in the production process;
4. Responsible for the establishment, training and performance appraisal of the Russian team, and improve the professional ability and execution of the team;
5. Ensure that the project operation complies with local Russian laws and regulations and industry standards to avoid compliance risks.
Job Requirements
(1) Rigid requirements
Education/major: Bachelor degree or above, geological engineering, mining engineering, mineral processing engineering and other related majors;
Work experience: more than 3 years of management experience in mining enterprises (mining, mineral processing and other fields);
Necessary skills: Familiar with the whole process management of mining production, with the ability to independently solve technical and management problems;
Others: Holders of Russian mining-related qualifications are preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills, able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental, cross-cultural teamwork;
Result-oriented, strong compression resistance, and can adapt to the work rhythm of the Chinese management team;

IV. Working hours and environment
Hourly Scheme: PermanentVladivostok, travel to Lucegorsk (Лучегорск) as needed. Irregular work schedule, 40 hours per week.
