工作职责：
"1. 通过跨部门协同，推动BU内新项目的定点及获取
lead to win new project within BU by supporting from cross-fuction team
2 管理BU内部项目从开发到量产（SOP）的项目里程碑跟踪，覆盖所有工厂
manage project milestone tracking from developing to SOP within BU across all plants
3. 与category团队合作，结合市场竞争对信息搜集，支持战略实施，以最优成本和优质服务，提供产品及服务（如标准化/国产化/多渠道供货等）
Support strategy implementation with category team to provide supplies & services at optimized cost & service（standardization, localization, Dual Source etc）
4. 领导材料降本活动（VEC），以实现BD/BU预算，并明确类别采购人员
Lead Material cost reduction activities(VEC) for achieving BD/BU Budget with indicating Category buyers.
5. 收集零部件成本以制定BOM成本目标，并讨论及安排以实现BOM成本目标及预测/实际值
Collect component parts cost from team to create BOM cost target and discuss and arrange to achieve BOM cost target and forecast/actual.
6. 协调新项目时间表中的原材料及零部件，若供应链/PC&L出现升级问题，牵头与供应链及类别采购人员共同解决问题
Coordinate raw materials & components on new project schedule, in case of escalation from Supply Chain/PC&L, lead problem solving with indicating Supply Chain and Category Buyers."

1.本科及以上学历，电子类专业优先
2.从事汽车行业半导体零部件采购5年以上，有丰富的项目管理经验。
3. 熟悉ADAS和传感器领域的半导体零部件及供应商
familiar with Semi-conduct parts and suppliers of ADAS and Sensor
4. 熟悉车用ADAS/ECU/Sensor的电子部品的市场价格以及价格趋势
familiar with market prices and price trends for electronic components used in automotive ADAS/ECU/sensors.
5. 语言要求：英语或日语，书面及口语均需流利。"
