1. Lead the whole process of high-speed camera NPI, formulate the "prototype - trial production - mass production" plan, control milestones and risks, and ensure timely quality and production;
2. Design and optimize the core component (optical lens/sensor/precision circuit) process, solve the bottleneck of trial production, and output standardized documents such as SOP/FMEA;
3. Cooperate with R&D for DFM review, linkage procurement/production/quality to confirm mass production of materials, construction and trial production quality control standards, and promote closed-loop problems;
4. Review the trial production data, formulate a mass production climbing plan, optimize the process to reduce costs and improve efficiency after mass production, and precipitate the NPI technical knowledge base and process specifications.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics/machinery/optics/automation, industry background in high-speed cameras/precision optical equipment is preferred;
2. 5 years + NPI experience, 3 years + mass production leading experience, with "prototype - mass production" full process operation experience, familiar with the camera core component process is preferred;
3. Proficient in DFM/DFA, can master CAD/EDA software, master SPC/FMEA/Doe, familiar with SMT/dip and precision assembly, understand camera calibration test points;
4. Familiar with DFx, PFMEA, Doe and other methods and quality management systems;
5. Strong project management and cross-departmental coordination capabilities, resistant to pressure, capable of execution, and technicalInnovative thinking.
