1. College degree or above, mechanical automation, electronic engineering or related professional background is preferred.
2. Familiar with the assembly process of precision instruments, master the use skills of common measuring instruments, and have gyroscope or sensor assembly experience is preferred;
3. Have good hands-on ability and quality awareness, and can strictly abide by workshop safety production specifications and operation procedures;
4. Rigorous and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills.
