Job Responsibilities:
1. Supplier development and resource optimization: product planning, intelligence collection, supplier base construction, supplier access and evaluation, framework agreement drafting and signing, supplier performance management, supplier structure analysis and optimization;
2. Order delivery on time rate improvement: order performance guarantee, shorter delivery time, purchase order forecasting, process control, supplier capacity improvement, risk prevention, turnover rate improvement;
3. Total procurement cost reduction: supply market research, market briefing output, commodity cost analysis, business negotiation, total procurement cost control and optimization;
4. Product quality assurance: core raw material purchase channel control, product key components performance evaluation, supplier access audit, production process and quality control, quality standards and factory acceptance standards conformity assessment, warehousing nonconforming products processing, customer complaint problem tracking and supplier improvement;
5. Team building and collaboration: combing and optimizing the responsibilities, processes, and standards of the department, building the procurement system, leading personnel, improving professional skills, and coordinating internal and external issues.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of supplier development, procurement management experience, more than 3 years of team management experience;
2. Experience in large and medium-sized export industries is preferred. Experience in the development and management of pan-home products is preferred. Professional capabilities in departmental planning, overall planning, and strategy formulation are available.
3. Strong business negotiation and adaptability, skilled use of the ERP system, and good at data analysis and summary.
