1. Masters degree or above in materials science and engineering, metal materials engineering, etc.
2. Have more than 10 years of work experience in the field of titanium alloys, including at least 3 years of experience in core technical positions;
3. Have led or deeply participated in large-scale titanium alloy production projects and important technology research and development projects, and are familiar with the whole process from technology research and development to production landing;
4. Technical team building and training, process goal decomposition and control, technical performance evaluation and incentive, cross-departmental technical collaboration;
5. Process technology research and development, production process control, quality standard formulation, technical team management, problem solving and improvement.
