1. Bachelor's degree or above in materials science and engineering, metal materials engineering and other related majors;
2. Have more than 8 years of quality work experience in the field of metals, including at least 3 years of core management responsibilities;
3. Proficient in the quality control of the whole process of titanium, with practical experience in special projects such as system construction, new product trial production, customer prosecution rectification, and customer audit;
4. Coordinate quality inspection, flaw detection, and laboratory teams, and build a personnel training, assessment, and certification management system;
5. Familiar with testing and analysis methods, military aviation quality standards and various quality tools.
