5. Lead the planning and implementation of the organization and management system construction of the technical team, and build a stable and efficient product and technology R&D team.
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electronics, computers, automation, control, batteries, inverters, power supplies, Internet of Things, etc.;
2. More than 8 years of R&D experience in the energy storage, inverter, UPS, and power supply industries; have a deep and comprehensive understanding of energy storage-related software and hardware technologies, and understand the development trend of the industry;
3. More than 5 years of R&D management experience, with rich experience in project management and product development from zero to one;
4. Have excellent team management experience and good expression and communication skills, have a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work, and have strong ability to resist pressure.
