1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance, troubleshooting and daily inspection of all mechanical equipment in the factory to ensure stable and safe operation of the equipment and minimize downtime.
2. Carry out regular inspection, lubrication, fastening and other maintenance work in accordance with the equipment maintenance plan, extend the life of the equipment and improve the maintenance records.
3. Conduct emergency repair and emergency treatment of sudden equipment failures, organize failure cause analysis, and put forward improvement measures and preventive recommendations.
4. Review and prepare preventive maintenance plan, overhaul plan and equipment transformation/renewal plan; organize the implementation and evaluate the implementation effect.
5. Participate in the identification and assessment of equipment CapEx needs, and prepare relevant budget proposals.Purchase list and cost control plan, coordinate the company's procurement process and follow up the arrival of spare parts and inventory management.
6. Responsible for equipment spare parts and consumables demand statistics, procurement suggestions, warehousing management and replacement plans to ensure the availability of key spare parts.
7. Compile and maintain equipment accounts, maintenance records, technical files and maintenance history to ensure that the information is complete and traceable.
8. Responsible for the technical management of equipment safety, organizing and participating in the investigation of equipment accidents, risk assessment and implementation of improvement measures, and implementing safety operation specifications and training.
9. Guide and coordinate the daily work of the local maintenance team to improve the team's skills and work efficiency; undertake on-site training and technical transfer when necessary.
10. Regularly report equipment operation, maintenance costs, CapEx plans and major problems to the management as required by the company, and assist in the implementation and acceptance of relevant projects.

1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, industrial maintenance or related majors are preferred.
More than 2.5 years of experience in the maintenance and management of machinery and equipment in large industrial/processing plants, with experience in expatriate or multinational projects preferred; with experience in CapEx project participation or equipment renewal implementation preferred.
3. Relatively familiar with the whole line program, bone removal, slicing, grading, automatic control; fish deheading, bone removal, segmentation, grading and fish fillet processing equipment; able to read mechanical drawings and electrical drawings.
4. Proficient in the use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, pressure gauges, hydraulic detectors and other testing equipment and common maintenance tools.
5. Relevant professional qualifications such as maintenance or electricians are preferred.
6. Have good oral and written English communication skills, can read English technical materials and report in English; Spanish is better.
7. Strong analytical judgment and fault diagnosis ability, project coordination and implementation ability, good organization and recording ability; strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, teamwork and cross-cultural communication ability.
