After-sales service specialist for heavy trucks

1. Coordinate after-sales accessory planning, inventory, and allocation, monitor the satisfaction rate of accessories, and ensure the supply of terminal maintenance.
2. Track the customer's reported repair and fault closed-loop, calculate the vehicle after-sales failure rate, and output the post-sales quality analysis report.
3. Formulate after-sales maintenance and repair standards, three-guarantee claim policy, and review the three-guarantee claim documents of the service provider.
4. Organize technical training for service stations, issue technical notices for power supply and chassis maintenance, and solve major vehicle failures.
5. Coordinate quality, research and development to deal with batch after-sales problems, and promote parts rectification and technological upgrading.
6. Control after-sales expenses, service provider rebate settlement, standardize after-sales processes, and improve customer satisfaction
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, electromechanical, automotive repair, more than 1 year of commercial vehicle after-sales management experience;
2. Familiar with the three-electricity of heavy trucks and the maintenance logic of the chassis, understand the three-pack claims and the supply chain management of accessories;
3. Have data analysis and problem overall planning capabilities, and can dock with service providers and customers to handle after-sales disputes;
4. Experience in after-sales and service network management of new energy heavy trucks is preferred.
