1. Follow up and confirm the customized pre-sales needs of local agents, and promote the R&D department to deliver on time.
2. Conduct product and solution training for channel customers.
3. Provide customers with software and hardware operation and use training, and prepare relevant documents and materials.
4. Responsible for the configuration and debugging of hardware equipment projects to ensure the smooth launch of the project.
5. Arrange on-site inspection work for key customers (KAs), and provide technical support for the implementation of the project.
6. Handle general after-sales problems and customer complaints, and promote internal problem solving.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic information, computer, automation and other science and engineering.
2. Proficient in using mainstream computer operating systems, able to quickly learn and master the company's self-developed software and supporting systems.
3. Have 2 years or more of relevant work experience in software and hardware technical support; have experience in the automatic identification data acquisition (AIDC) and Internet of Things industries, and be familiar with troubleshooting of handheld terminals, RF equipment, cash registers, scanning guns, and label printers.
4. Fluent in English, skilled in writing business emails and official documents; with network, software and hardware related fundamentals are preferred.
5. Own motorcycle or private car, which can meet the daily commute is preferred.
6. Age: under 30, Thai nationality, Chinese with a Thai visa or place of origin is also acceptable.
Note: Prioritize industry experience; focus on whether there are any hardware problem handling capabilities of PDA, RFID, POS, Printer, AGV; English communication skills must be good, do not push badly
