岗位职责:
主要职责:
1. 人力资源战略规划与执行
• 制定与公司发展相匹配的人力资源发展战略,支持组织结构优化与人员编制升级。
• 构建高效的人力资源管理体系,包括招聘、培训、绩效管理、薪酬激励、员工发展等模块。
2. 人事行政综合管理
• 统筹人事、行政、IT、法务等职能部门的工作,提升团队专业化与运营效率。
• 建立健全相关制度与标准流程,确保各项工作合规、有序、高效。
3. 招聘与组织发展
• 聚焦关键岗位特别是中高层管理人员的招聘,推动内部人才梯队建设。
• 建立内部培训体系,提升组织学习能力与中层以上管理者的综合素质。
4. 员工关系与企业文化
• 推动企业文化在组织内的传播与落地,构建积极正向的团队氛围。
• 管理员工关系、优化激励制度、提升员工满意度与稳定性。
5. 行政与后勤支持
• 统筹办公室日常行政事务,包括办公环境、资产管理、会务接待、安保等工作。
• 管理IT团队,监督公司信息系统(如ERP、SAP)的运营、数据安全和设备维护。
6. 支持高层管理与跨部门协作
• 作为人事行政职能的最高负责人,参与公司组织升级、人力成本优化与风险防控。
• 协调与业务部门、财务部门、海外管理层等之间的沟通与合作。





Job Title: Human Resources & Administration Director
Reporting to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Organizational Planning
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business growth plans.
• Lead HR system development in recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and talent development.
2. Integrated HR & Administration Management
• Oversee Human Resources, Administration, IT, and Legal functions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain policies, systems, and workflows to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
3. Talent Acquisition & Development
• Lead recruitment efforts for key and senior roles; build internal talent pipelines.
• Set up internal training systems, drive leadership development across middle and senior management.
4. Employee Relations & Culture Building
• Promote and implement corporate culture across departments, enhancing team engagement.
• Manage employee relations, optimize reward and retention systems, and improve satisfaction and stability.
5. Administration & IT Oversight
• Supervise administrative affairs such as office management, facility services, asset tracking, and security.
• Manage IT team and systems (ERP, SAP, etc.), ensure data security and IT infrastructure reliability.
6. Cross-Functional Leadership & Executive Support
• Act as the top functional head for HR/Admin, participating in organizational transformation and risk control.
• Coordinate communication with business departments, finance, and international management teams.
任职要求:
任职资格:
1. 教育背景与语言能力:
• 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、行政管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
• 英语良好,能够胜任中英文工作环境,与外籍管理层沟通无障碍。
2. 工作经验与行业背景:
• 至少2年及以上人事行政高管经验,熟悉外资或合资企业运作体系。
• 有服务业、广告、公关、会展、创意产业等背景者优先。
3. 团队管理与战略落地能力:
• 曾带领5人以上跨职能人事行政团队,具备出色的统筹、管理与执行能力。
• 同时具备战略视野与落地推动力,能够规划宏观框架,也能亲自推动关键任务。
4. 专业能力要求:
• 熟练掌握招聘、绩效、薪酬、培训、员工关系等HR全模块管理技能。
• 熟悉ERP、SAP、人力信息系统等平台的上线与管理。
5. 综合素质:
• 沟通能力强,有较高的组织敏感度与抗压能力,稳定性好,适合在成长型公司中建立机制并推动变革。
Candidate Requirements:
1. Education & Language:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in English and capable of working in a bilingual (Chinese-English) environment.
2. Experience & Industry Background:
• Minimum of 2 years in a senior HR/Admin leadership role; experience in foreign-funded or joint-venture companies preferred.
• Industry experience in services, advertising, exhibitions, creative industries is a plus.
3. Leadership & Execution Capabilities:
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams of 5+ staff.
• Strong in both strategic thinking and operational execution, capable of driving change and building structure.
4. Professional Expertise:
• Solid experience in all HR modules including recruitment, performance, compensation, training, and employee relations.
• Familiar with ERP, SAP, or HRIS platforms and system implementation.
5. Soft Skills & Personality:
• Strong communication and organizational sensitivity; resilient, reliable, and capable of adapting to dynamic growth environments.
