Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent, in line with strategic direction.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Lead and execute recruitment strategies for leadership positions.
Collaborate with heads to understand leadership requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Partner with academic leaders to understand their talent needs and provide talent acquisition support to ensure the school has the right people in the right roles to achieve its strategic goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Manage and guide the Talent Acquisition Supervisor in all recruitment-related activities.
Analyse talent acquisition data and provide insights and recommendations to continually improve the recruitment process and ensure the company is attracting and retaining top talent.
Ensure a streamlined and efficient hiring process with a focus on attracting high-quality candidates.
Proactively identify suitable candidates and expand recruitment channels for long-term needs.
Ensure of employment process in fully compliance with safer recruitment policy.
Ensure the team timely and accurate processing of visa applications, renewals, and other visa related documents.
Ensure the onboarding process effective and teacher apartment service quality.
Develop and maintain a strategic talent pool to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Implement programs to attract and retain high-potential employees.
Team Management
Line manage Talent Acquisition Supervisor, providing guidance and support as needed.
Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, including identifying and implementing best practices and leveraging technology to optimize the candidate experience.
Ensure the recruitment team is meeting performance goals and KPIs.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to the recruitment team to improve performance and ensure professional development.
Supervise quality assurance measures to ensure the team's work quality meets or exceeds standards.
Employee Relations (ER)
Address and resolve employee relations issues at the staff level.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers to foster a positive working environment.
Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for actions and follow-up to improve retention and address any areas of concern.
Analyse exit interview data to identify trends and develop actionable insights to improve employee retention.
Follow up on suggested actions to ensure implementation and track outcomes.
Staff Engagement
Develop and execute staff engagement programs to foster a collaborative and motivated workforce.
Monitor engagement levels and implement changes to improve workplace satisfaction.
Develop and implement staff engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment, including identifying and addressing any potential barriers to employee engagement.
Wellbeing Team Management
Oversee the wellbeing team, ensuring that initiatives are effectively supporting employee health and wellness.
Manage the wellbeing team to developing and implementing activities and initiatives to support employee health and wellness.

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
-Strong leadership and people management skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficient in HR software and MS Office suite.
-Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
