岗位职责:
Replacement of Zegna Japan accountant
▪ Monthly Invoice checking, AP booking and filling
▪ Download and collect the landlord statement and Credit Card statement for booking
▪ Reconcile the sales and AR with Landlord statement/Credit Card statement and clear
AR, communicate with Japan shop if any variance.
▪ Employee reimbursement checking
▪ Bank clearing booking including incoming and outgoing
▪ New vendor registration, master change
▪ E-invoice system uploading
▪ Ad-Hoc task assigned by Line-Manager
任职要求:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
▪ Minimum Experience Level: Over 2 years in accounting
▪ Minimum English Level：Business Level
▪ Minimum Japanese Level：Fluent reading and writting, speaking is a plus
▪ Minimum Knowledge level：AR and AP related Accounting booking knowledge
▪ System experience：SAP experience, Excel experience
▪ Age range： 25-35
