岗位职责:
• Identify and evaluate external in-licensing opportunities in alignment with Lilly’s R&D and therapeutic area strategies.
• Conduct rigorous, objective competitive intelligence (CI) analyses on emerging therapeutics and platform technologies.
• Participate in external conferences, forums, and scientific events to source innovation opportunities.
• Support developing and maintaining relationships with biotech and biopharma companies, academic institutions, and research organizations across the A/P region.
• Collaborate with the External Innovation team on initiatives such as Catalyst360, Lilly Gateway Labs, and venture investments in the A/P region.
• Assist in drafting the bi-monthly LCIP newsletter to communicate key trends and insights.
• Coordinate and facilitate external engagement activities, including scientific meetings and partnership discussions.
• Provide ongoing support for alliance management post-deal, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.
• Share responsibility for daily operations to maintain S&E efficiency
任职要求:
• Ph.D. with at least 2 years of relevant postdoctoral or industry experience.
• Candidates with competitive intelligence experience or those with a scientific background seeking to transition into search & evaluation or business development are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including proficiency in preparing and delivering professional presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional, collaborative team settings.
• Existing network within the biotech/pharma ecosystem is a plus.
• High degree of self-motivation, adaptability, and attention to detail.
